Accepted Cards
Orders placed on shipvex.shop can be settled with any of the following seven cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. Cards issued on a credit line and cards drawing directly from a debit account are equally welcome at checkout. Prepaid cards that display one of these network logos are usually accepted too, as long as your issuing bank permits online retail transactions.
Pricing Currency
Our store lists and settles all amounts in USD. Because United States Dollars is our base and only pricing currency, the total presented on the order summary is the definitive figure that reaches your account. Customers outside the US may notice the equivalent value on their statement once their issuer applies its exchange rate.

Authorization & Billing
When an order is placed, the total — including applicable tax, with shipping provided free — is authorized against your card. The descriptor that appears on your statement will reference The Ordinary or shipvex.shop, so you can easily recognize the purchase. Should you not recognize a charge, contact us at support@shipvex.shop and we will help you trace it.
When You Are Charged
Rather than waiting until shipment, we collect payment when you confirm your order. This up-front billing keeps the fulfillment queue accurate and ensures your reserved items are not resold to another customer. If a product later proves unavailable, we cancel that line and refund it promptly to your card.
Declined Payments
A declined transaction is usually resolved in minutes. First confirm that the card details, billing address, and CVV are entered exactly as they appear on your statement; then verify with your bank that online or international purchases are not blocked. If everything looks correct and the card is still refused, contact support@shipvex.shop and we will help you complete the order.
No Hidden Fees
No card surcharges. No handling fees. No inflated shipping. The Ordinary keeps the math simple: item price plus applicable tax equals your total. Any foreign-currency conversion fee you might see comes exclusively from your own bank, not from us, and we have no ability to add to or waive it.
